After an inspiring and innovative seven-year journey at the iconic Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, Labs31 is moving to the BioPartner 5 building at the Leiden Bio Science Park – the first Paris Proof building in the Netherlands.
It’s a logical next step in our mission to make laboratories smarter, more sustainable, and safer.
The move marks a new phase in which innovation, circularity, and collaboration take center stage.

At our new location, we are joining forces with our sister company Labolutions – a supplier of high-quality laboratory equipment and turnkey smart lab and interactive lab furniture solutions.
By working together under one roof at BioPartner 5, we strengthen the connection between design, engineering, and execution.
This creates a powerful ecosystem where laboratory design, fit-out, and installation integrate seamlessly.
This step enables us to support our clients even better – from the first concept and 3D model to equipment selection, interior setup, and delivery – all from a single integrated location at the heart of the Leiden Bio Science Park.
