From heritage to the future<\/h2>\nAfter an inspiring and innovative seven-year journey at the iconic Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, Labs31<\/strong> is moving to the BioPartner 5<\/strong> building at the Leiden Bio Science Park<\/strong> – the first Paris Proof<\/strong> building in the Netherlands.\nIt’s a logical next step in our mission to make laboratories smarter, more sustainable, and safer<\/strong>.
The move marks a new phase in which innovation, circularity, and collaboration<\/strong> take center stage.\n

Stronger Together with Labolutions<\/h3>\nAt our new location, we are joining forces with our sister company Labolutions<\/strong> – a supplier of high-quality laboratory equipment and turnkey smart lab and interactive lab furniture solutions.\nBy working together under one roof at BioPartner 5, we strengthen the connection between design, engineering, and execution<\/strong>.
This creates a powerful ecosystem where laboratory design, fit-out, and installation<\/strong> integrate seamlessly.\nThis step enables us to support our clients even better – from the first concept and 3D model<\/strong> to equipment selection, interior setup, and delivery<\/strong> – all from a single integrated location at the heart of the Leiden Bio Science Park.\n
